For Airport Pick-Ups: 90210 H Group monitors all arriving flights, provided the flight number is supplied at the time of booking.
Driver Updates: Passengers and their booking agents will receive text messages and/or emails (if provided) with the chauffeur’s name and phone number. Updates include the status of the trip, such as “Driver on the way,” “Driver on location,” “Passenger in car,” and “Passenger dropped off.”
Please note: Express Pick-Up will always be the default option unless a Meet and Greet service is specifically requested or directed by our office.
CURBSIDE / Express Pick-Up (No Fee): Recommended for frequent travelers or passengers with light luggage. Our chauffeurs wait outside the terminal and, once phone contact is made, will pull the vehicle curbside with a name sign displayed in the window.
Meet and Greet Pick-Up ($25 Fee): The chauffeur will park the vehicle and meet the passenger inside the terminal holding a personalized name sign. Domestic flights – meeting point is baggage claim. International flights – meeting point is outside Customs.
WAIT TIME: At airports, waiting time begins 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival of domestic flights and 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival of international flights. Once the grace period ends, charges apply at $1 per minute for Sedans and $2 per minute for SUVs and other vehicles. If a passenger does not see the chauffeur, they should collect their luggage and call our office. Staff will connect them with their driver or direct them to the designated meeting point.
- A cancellation fee equal to the full trip cost, including gratuity, will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- 90210 H Group is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns during service and will only compensate for lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- The client is financially liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party. Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if inappropriate or unsafe conduct occurs.
- Overtime charges of $1 per minute (Sedans) and $2 per minute (SUVs or other vehicles) apply after the first 15 minutes beyond scheduled pick-up time at non-airport locations. See airport wait-time policy above.
- 90210 H Group is not responsible for delays or ride termination due to unsafe road conditions (e.g., severe weather, unsalted roads, accidents) or traffic.
- 90210 H Group is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles. Items returned by mail will incur USPS shipping costs plus a $25 handling fee. Shipping available within the U.S. only.
- All balances must be paid on the reservation date prior to the start of service.
- All reservations are billed one day in advance.
- Oversized vehicle rentals require a signed credit card authorization form, a copy of the card, and a valid state-issued ID. Charges are hourly, garage-to-garage.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating or luggage capacity.
- No-Show Policy: A fee equal to the trip cost plus waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity applies when a passenger fails to appear at the reserved location. Passengers must call our office to locate their driver instead of arranging alternate transportation.
- 90210 H Group is not responsible for missed flights under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles without notice if the originally requested vehicle is unavailable or to prevent delays in service.
- Reservation changes requested within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $35 change fee in addition to any related costs. Changes are not guaranteed if they disrupt the existing schedule. If a change is denied and the client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cancellation fee applies.
- Early morning pick-ups (before 8:00 AM) and late-night pick-ups (after 10:00 PM) are subject to an additional $15 fee.
- All international rides incur an additional $75 booking fee.
